Baptisms 1813 to 1880
Anmer parish sits in North-western
Norfolk alongside the Peddar's Way footpath. The church has long been
the estate church and now resides in an area of parkland surrounded by
the fencing of Anmer Hall Estate. Evidence of occupancy within the parish
dates back to the Bronze Age with numerous tumuli and a bell barrow alongside
the Peddar's Way. |
