Baptisms 1813 to 1880
Brancaster parish lies on the
north-western coast of Norfolk in the heart of the scenic strip of salt-marshes
that line this stretch of the Norfolk coast. Today the village is a popular
weekend spot popular with bird-watchers, walkers and lovers of the marshlands.
Brancaster is justly famous for its mussel beds and Brancaster Mussels
are sold whenever there is an "R" in the month. |
