1813 to 1880 Baptism Project Nordelph Holy Trinity |
Baptisms 1865 to 1880
Nordelph parish was created
from parts of several west Norfolk parishes including Downham Market,
Denver & Upwell. The village sits at the junction of two important
Fenland drains, Well Creek and Popham's Eau. The village is very much
strip development on the banks of these two drains where the B1094 meets
the A1122 approximately 4 miles south-west of Downham Market. |

These records were transcribed from Microfilm
MF1709 in the collection of the Norfolk Record Office. This register is
a recent deposit and a very recent filming making it beautifully clear and
with excellent contrast. Subject to the usual proviso regarding the standard of the handwriting of the encumbants it is to be hoped that few errors will have crept into this transcript. |
