Baptisms 1813 to 1880
The Wesleyan Methodist Circuit
centred on the twin villages of Great & Little Walsingham was created
in 1812 from the large King's Lynn Circuit. The new circuit covered the
north-western corner of Norfolk and villages with strong representation
in the records include Wells-next-the-Sea, The Burnhams, Docking and the
coastal zone from Dersingham around to Holkham, inland the circuit stetched
to include as far south as the parishes along the line of the Fakenham
to King's Lynn road with the Rudhams well represented. |
